I've been using CoderPad for years as a hiring manager and hiring interview panel member for software engineering interviews.
The real time compilation and interactive terminal where candidates can write code in a natural way and see results immediately is stellar. You get to see candidates thought process and debugging skills in action in a very realistic environment.
The newer tools for managing interview questions and providing prefab interview question prompts is also really good.
And it's sometimes very useful to be able to replay interviews to see what the play by play was in order to refresh your memory.
I found it was pretty easy to get started and that candidates didn't have any issues. Seeing the updates in real-time as week as having some private notepads was great.
