The Checkbox team are brilliant; they have an excellent knowledge of the system and can troubleshoot errors when they occur. They listen to client feedback to ensure that the product further develops.

Ability to create a process from scratch, and hence we can fit the tool to our needs. The software is very customisable, and the developers and support team are very knowledgeable about how we may configure the product for the organization's direct needs.
