Perhaps useful for remote support, but useless for remote access
It's simple, and inexpentive.
However sadly there is little else to like.

1. The application is easy to install and use.
2. The application is also lightweight which means it does not consume a lot of PC resources.
3.Has the required features of file transfer and chat.
4.The free version is sufficient for most users who need to take remote access of a couple of PC's.
