There is nothing I like about coder pad.

For data science specifically the SQL tests have helps save hours of the teams time. For engineering hiring it is very easy to use and makes the interviews go really smoothly. We have also been trialing it for engineering tests as well. The customer support is excellent and it's easy to integrate and implement with other systems. We use over 100 coderpads per month and wouldn't be able to recruit without it.
