At some point, I would like to see an update to the interface to make the platform a bit more organized and easy to use. There is a lot of information and features so it can get confusing at times. What are your recommendations for the companies who want to use SDFC but are on low budget for contracting a CRM ?

No. For outbound campaigns use another service, and not Salesforce Marketing Cloud— way too expensive for low results.
