Is it possible for a customer to advise that they are happy for a ticket to be closed. The Agent would close the ticket once the customer has agreed to it being closed.
We have a barcode sticker which is place on the product we get for servicing, refund or replacement which need to directly liked to the ticket & customer details and an auto emailer needs to be pushed once we scan the code.
