I have mentioned the problem I faced with Zoho CRM in the review and my question is related to the same problem. I would like if I could manage the leads with conversations and categories. I would also like automatic follow up emails and notifications on the response.

Will it be possible in the future to use SMTP/IMAP services to connect websites/webshops to Zoho?

For example if a company has its own Crm that is customized for it can it be integrated with zoho so that they work hand in hand or together?

I'm wondering because Zoho is the main popular CRM I've used.
