I have been working with these tools for over ten years now and I can do great things. Port management is quite complicated, especially if other applications are running to create new ports. Which is quite complicated for new developers a lot of the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

xampp takes a number of technologies that are most often used together in online development and combines it all into one package. It save installation time but more so, makes configuration and use so much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about XAMPP Server on Windows 2016 + Apache Web Server + PhpMyadmin + MySQL?
I think there's a chance to do a bit better with the configuration dashboard. while most developers are well suited to the settings in these technologies, it would really simplify things to have it be able to be setup with a 'wizard' type of installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that this software is free, open-source (means a community is there to help you out if you are stuck somewhere) web-server solution. This software comprises of mysql, apache server, phpmyadmin and xampp server. A web server can be accessed locally on your desktop using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that internet is required to access this software . Also, scope of few features to be added to phpmyadmin is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
