What do you like best about WPMU DEV?
We own an agency with several hundred webpages that we manage. I worked with another agency years ago who installed WPMU plugins on all their webpages - I was hesitant to purchase the agency-level service at first due to the cost, but once I had my own Hub to manage, I immediately could see the value of this membership. The plug-ins are excellent and are a great collection of functionality that can be added to almost any webpage. I like having all of my pages managed from the same location (The Hub) and the support...is absolutely incredible. There are so many situations that support has helped me and my clients over and over again, they go above and beyond to make sure that we are all taken care of. Whether you own an agency or manage your own webpage, I strongly recommend getting a membership with WPMU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?
The membership includes a migration tool that hasn't been very successful for us, although because this is generally only once per site, it doesn't cause any sort of long-term issues. I use backup buddy instead. The snap shot back up feature - I wish I could manage individual back ups, the better manage the space given with my membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?
Support both live chat and support ticket so far! Out of so many hosting and/or WordPress related services provider, WPMU is the best. They not just solve issue/support needed under their watch, but other than WPMU plugins or hosting, they are more than happy to assist you.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?
I have been a member of this platform for over five years and have seen its business model shift from multisite services to a focus on support and hosting.
I decided to terminate my agency-level membership due to concerns about its renewal pricing policy. The renewal price is significantly higher than the advertised price for new users, yet this difference is not clearly disclosed on their website. This could mislead new users into believing the initial rate applies to yearly renewals when, in reality, it is a one-time offer for first-time subscribers.
I believe transparency is crucial in pricing, and it would be more ethical for the company to clearly state renewal rates upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
