Warmup Inbox is an email warmup service that automatically raises your email sending reputation through our network of inboxes talking to each other. The process of preparing an email address for general use or email outreach is commonly referred to as “Warming Up” an inbox, where you take a number of steps to ensure that an email address does not become deactivated, blacklisted, or automatically marked as spam when it begins to send outgoing messages to other recipients. This process is typically done with newly created email addresses but also benefits older email addresses who have been having issues with email deliverability, in that a noticeable portion of their outgoing mail is either landing in a spam folder or blocked entirely by an email server due to either being blacklisted or associated with a domain that has a poor reputation.

When it works, it works. But when it doesnt, support quits responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmup Inbox?

You have to watch you account daily because it will stop working for no reason. Then when you need help, support helps for a bit and when they cant figure out what the problem is, they stop responding leaving you with a product that doesnt work. No big deal to them because the service is only $9 per month so no loss to them but to the account owner looking to get their box warmed up, its a big deal. I am pretty shocked considering the product was recommended to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Price is cheap and the interface is simple to look at and understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmup Inbox?

-Tech support is office hours mon-fri so it can be frustrating to get bugs fixed quickly

-Cant see a rolling 30 day period; the timescales are set, so at some point in the month, you can see 30 days of data, other points you can see one day. There is no way to view past data.

-Several times it has randomly stopped working.

-Didn't notify me to put a filter on my emails to have their 'warm-up' emails into a separate folder. For a week, I was totally confused by the random and non-sensical emails that were sent to my inbox

-When you have to modify your SMTP settings such as a password, your entire data is lost as you have to delete your account and redo it.

-The health score appears to be random and only update every 2 weeks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
