Quite a robust platform overall if you know exactly how to derive the value which is mutually beneficial. Out of all the good things, I will list the 5 most amazing things which I like about Vue.ai
1. Integration - Extremely clear, straightforward, and thorough integration process. You exactly know what it is required to do before diving too deep. No surprises whatsoever which lead to predictable outcomes.
2. Capability customization - Quite a good set of customization on capabilities to better suit your business and customer's needs.
3. Reliability and scalability - We were surprised by the scale this platform can handle! At one point, our servers were a bit sluggish to cater to a sudden spike in the traffic but Vue.ai's platform was safely able to scale and cater to this traffic. (Almost 10x of daily volumes)
4. Meticulous account level monitoring and analysis - Vue.ai's customer success team is quite thorough with their account level support and monitoring. Quite proactive and really the ideal partners one would like to seek in the technology partner. QBRs are really deep and insightful. Weekly Analytics deep-dive sessions are packed with insights and set the future course of the product very well.
5. Ability to listen and deliver on the feedback - This is quite unique and seems to be like the part of Vue.ai's DNA. Almost all the people here actively seek feedback with a focus on delivering a better value. They do listen closely to your feedback and deliver on it if it makes sense. There are not many things to dislike about Vue.ai's platform but there are certainly some aspects of the platform which can be further scaled in a better way.
1. Automated analytics product to calculate ROI - The current analytics stack is a bit slow which takes up to 24 hrs to update. It will be great for customers (esp from fast-moving sectors) to monitor the metrics which are updated frequently, like every 2 or 3 hrs. An update cycle of 24 hrs for a few metrics like attribution etc is understandable but some topline vanity metrics can be updated more frequently.
2. Time to deliver on the customization - This doesn't happen every time but a few complicated customizations require a bit more time to deliver. It's not super-late either but short turnaround times will help to experiment with the stability and reliability of outcomes of customizations early on in the cycle.
