What do you like best about Vue.ai?
The vue team helps provide constant support whenever my team reaches out for help: when we requested to implement our business logic in the recommendation, the support team did their best to tweak their tool to match our business goals.

What do you dislike about Vue.ai?
While their support team is very helpful, it took quite some time to get the tasks done. This is probably because their support team was small and/or their team members were on leave. What do you like best about Vue.ai?
When we associated with Vue.ai, we wanted to just add their AI-powered widget to our homepage. Now we are working with them to optimize our listing page itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vue.ai?
Once you have completed the onboarding process, the machine starts to learn very quickly, and you see results pretty fast. The management team works very closely with you on making recommendations based on A/B testing and what works well for your business. It's not a one size fits all approach. What do you dislike about Vue.ai?
The onboarding took a little longer than expected because we had to make some product attribute changes manually, but this comes with the territory when implementing AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
