Most jobs, especially with good pay, always have the "natives only" tag. At times clients don't even read our proposal by virtue of being non-native. How do you beat that

I see lot's of people coming under PHP all freelancer list. My profile never comes up but how can i utilize or adding information that will help my profile to show on the top list based on location and my job fields.
