I dont understand the buying connects thing.

Isn't it better to let freelancer bid for jobs so they can focus on getting the job done and you can collect your fees when the payment is done?

I tried for LS RETAIL ms dynamics talent on upwork and couldn’t find one.

Why upwork has closed their free connects?

For applying on any job upwork provide you free connects but nowadays they are not providing free connects but needs to purchases. Its reallan issue for new users.
