The app has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and use. I was able to quickly learn how to use the app and start documenting properties. The app allows me to quickly capture photos and notes, which are then organized into a detailed report. app comes with customizable templates.Its cloud based so no need to save data seperately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If highly customized report is required then it may be difficult as templates are limited. It may be problematic if network connectivity is patchy , saving pics will be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Photo storing and labeling keeps me on track and organized. I save so much time now. I like having everything in one place. The app literally keeps me on track with documenting photos start to finish. I was a bit leary of introducing technology into my process but this has been surprisingly a smooth experience.
