"Not helpful for business - Steer clear of Single Platform"

What do you like best about SinglePlatform?

Can't say I like anything about SinglePlatform. I have been attempting to demo the platform with no response from their customer service reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?

Customer service and overall professionalism is not great. As a platform that was acquired by Trip Adivsor I would expect so much more but unfortunately I cannot reccommend this product. Do not waste your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No gain to having single platform. Had this for over a year, kept hearing that I am getting good traction. Never actually translates to business. During COVID19 we had to close our doors and Single Platform has continued to charge throughout this. We have also canceled our account and are still being charged. They are apparently having some difficulties with stopping billing as they are now owned by trip advisor..... I would stay far away from this one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SinglePlatform?

What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?

Very low customization, configuration. You get what you get, and you'll like it.

Uploading a document to the customer service team to update your menu for you gets (1) slow (2) amazingly inaccurate/unintended (3) sometimes no results.

This is why I now manually update everything, especially if it's not last minute — I don't trust the team to accurately copy/paste my content into the system correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SinglePlatform is the only game in town when it comes to a single source of truth for your menus across the wide and varied landscape of the internet. Customization is VERY low — and customer service isn't peak. But it does do the job it claims to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to using SinglePlatform, we had to manually enter the SAME MENUS over and over into platforms that make you manually enter each item separately. Version tracking was a huge problem, typos too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SinglePlatform?

I think it is extremely easy to use and intuitive making it a great solution for older businesses or ones that don't have the capacity for true marketing people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They did post menus on online sites. But I didn't think the menus were very good or very helpful to my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?

They tell you that you can cancel at any time, but this is absolutely not true. I called to cancel my service and spent 10 minutes repeating over and over that I wanted to discontinue. But the agent just kept telling me why I shouldn't cancel. This is outrageous and makes me think this product is actually a scam. Once they get your credit card, they will continue to charge it until you cancel it or block them. Extremely dishonest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hoped to make it easy for customers to access my menu. I was told that I could just send my paper menu to SinglePlatform and they would create the online versions. But their versions were crude and inaccurate. Somehow my sandwich menu got put into a secondary menu that viewers would have to click on to find. I contacted them about my concerns and got no response. So I edited the menus myself. That proved to be cumbersome and time consuming. So, after two months of trying the service, I decided it was not for me. But when I called to cancel, I found myself in an infinite loop of sales pitches. I finally hung up and blocked payment. What a waste of time and energy! Beware if you go near this company. It is not a reputable firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
