How to make the expiration notifications of a card arrive to the people responsible for the card days in advance and not to send notifications to the mail until the card is attended?

By making this tool more accessible to more persons, it would help to reach more companies, and also bring more innovation to the tool

At times, some bugs that are notified in cards are irrelevant for which my team members ask me to remove those cards. But either I can't find the delete cards feature or it's just not available.

Android app for Trello is quite slow to update the cards. The web interface we use at office hours is spot on, but the app usually does not update the cards in time.
