What do you like best about Trellix Endpoint Security?

McAfee Endpoint protection is powerful anti-virus tool and it comes with too many specific features. It works as a safeguard tool and provide endpoint point protection to our devices. While searching on internet for required content I have to surf on several websites then many infected files and junky links try to enter in my system in that case, McAfee work as a shield and stop those files instantly. What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?

McAfee is a heavy weight application so it requires much space to install in our system and it built pressure on processor which may be cause some data lose from my system. Speed of virus detection is very fast but while scanning full system it works slowly which is time consuming for my work. Lot of continuous improvements I observed since last 10 years in its functionality, but the beauty of McAfee Endpoint Protection in its ePolicy Orchestrator (EPO) customize Reporting.

Its DLP is very strong, user access controlling is very easy.

When we created folder at our own behalf (not sync from Active Directory), most of the time objects either Client PCs or Servers were automatically moved into another folder. In result of this Client policies applied on Servers and vise versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

McAfee Endpoint Security provide wide range of protection and security for our company. What we like the most is it's ability to decrypt a hard drive through a boot CD without having to remove the hard drive and daisy chain to another computer in case of a crash. Making our security measures inevitable specially since are more on browsing internet most of the time since we do open source. We had some technical capacity issues for units that are not yet updated since this product consumes more RAM, there are needs of an upgrade to the old unit that we have. This becomes a hindrance to computer users with low configurations. The system sometimes hangs when McAfee Endpoint Protection is scanning the whole system. McAfee is a security software which helps us to find the threats or viruses and remove them from our system but sometimes due to the multitasking it cannot perform well. During custom or deep scan it got stuck and refuse to remove the virus. Sometimes due to the low bandwidth of internet it refuse to remove the virus.
