"Trainual is both effective and easy to use as a training platform for our business."

What do you like best about Trainual?

Our team has really enjoyed the use of Trainual as a training service, process manager, and company policy log. We've expanded our use of trainual to include the more complex processes in our business, and the addition has been invaluable for both onboarding new employees and reminding current employees. What do you dislike about Trainual?

I do think that the categorization of Trainual content could be more flexible. Sometimes the more rigid structure of content trees means that items which really only need one page of text require a folder and subfolder. This is really a nitpick, however--even with that Trainual is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainual assists in the data cataloguing and organization of most of our business processes and company policies. The ability to note new processes and then roll them out to necessary team members solves the time-consuming process of training one-on-one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expensive for the solution it offers"

What do you like best about Trainual?

Easy of use, ability to search across topics using key words, able to re-organise topics and subjects easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

You used to be able to edit photos and screenshots directly in Trainual, but now you can't.

So If I need to show my team where to click on their software, I need to use either paint or Canva on a separate screen.

Increased my time to write up new training materials by at least 20%. For the price you pay thats a terrible value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
