It does what you expect and is easy to use with the added bonus it intgrates with Jira. Setup is a bit of a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setup experience is tedious and extremely frustrating with things like Jira events simply not functioning as described in the user guides. Don't understand why this feature is only avaliable in premuim. For years our teams have asked for it while we were on standard. Cost wise I'd safe expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
