What do you like best about Task Integration Bus?
Task Integration Bus effectively links the my ServiceNow instance with the external ticketing system meaning there is no need to manually feed data. Real time data synchronisation is helpful in avoiding any creation of data inconsistencies between the two systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Task Integration Bus?
I use detailed reports to monitor the status of a particular project, to analyse where the problems are, and to assess the team’s productivity. Task Integration Bus does not offer the means of creating reports as to the flow of data between the systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
