What do you like best about Superchat?

At Superchat, we liked the very friendly customer support from the beginning. In advance, the colleague took a lot of time to show us all the features that might be interesting for us. The transparency about the price was also a criterion for why we chose Superchat. A second employee took a lot of time to set up our WhatsApp channels despite technical difficulties and answered all questions thoroughly. The communication was straightforward. What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to communicate with our customers on the channels they use daily. This is primarily WhatsApp. Many customer inquiries that reach our call center can, in our view, also be answered via WhatsApp. We see the speed and high acceptance among customers as a clear advantage to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
