I appreciate the customizations that Soutron offers compared to its competitors. I was able to customize our portal layout, the way our records were displayed, and received training and assistance on how to set up templates for cataloging. What do you dislike about Soutron Library And Information Management?
The downside to having a lot of customizations and options is that it can be difficult to learn how to do everything possible with the system. I get a lot of help setting up portal layouts, but there is a learning curve in figuring it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an ituitive system that is easy to manage, it allows staff to easily access and maintain records. Implementation was quick and required minimal input from me. Customer support is always helpful and issues are quickly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
