More features like formulas

I'm finding it's a burden to retype vacation days into each calendar, and it would be helpful if there was a present button for National Holidays, Government Holidays, etc.

In tools like MS Project, you can set a baseline(s) for individual tasks or an entire project all at once. From there, you can calculate variances from that baseline (+/-) and even show that visually in the Gantt chart. I would love to be able to see this in Smartsheet as that is a core project... I have a sheet with 10 columns for example. I will populate all of those columns as an admin user. However, I would like to hide some of those columns and give another user or groups of users a link to a shared view with only those columns that are not hidden.
