What do you like best about Skypher?
At my old company I had to wait 1-2 weeks to get a customer's security questionnaire completed and returned to prospects via an SE team. Now today with Skypher I can turn them around completed within 1 hour~ MASSIVE difference in deal acceleration and overall control/power. I am a big fan of the platform. What do you dislike about Skypher?
Sometimes you need to double check the auto-answer functionality just in case, to make sure they look correct/accurate. Not a big deal though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skypher?
Security questions are very similar between several customers. To have predefined answers ready-to-use is a considerable time savings.
The automate suggestion works perfectly as I would hoped.

If something needs to be said, this would be the knowledge base export function.

When we were trialing Skypher we were also getting security questions from our clients via portals and not uploadable excel files. At the time there wasn't a great way to tap the wealth of knowledge in Skypher without having to manually copy every question into the platform and copy/paste answers.
