I like Signfyd because it gives us peace of mind knowing order are being processed in real time with a system that leans and adapts. I dont have much to say. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the customization of the rules, it could be a bit more flexible, and I understand that part of that value will lie in allowing the system to make automated decisions based on machine learning. What I liked most is that Signifyd can handle many functions, such as fraud management and chargebacks, and we have a much more comprehensive view. Signifyd is guaranteed fraud protection. It is great that in case they authorize an order and it happens to be a fraud they are 100% chargeback, which is a godsend in itself. Another huge gain on our part is the automation. Before Signifyd, we spent hours on end reviewing the suspicious orders manually but Signifyd has done a far better job which has cut down our fulfilment process considerably. It also minimizes unjust rejections catastrophically, which means that we won t be rejecting people who can make us money, who may have seemed shady to our outdated system, increasing our revenues. I like that its very useful and easy to navigate, so that when canceling an order, you can access it and see the reason for the cancellation. Its also very use-friendly. We enjoy Signyfyd’s automatic fraud alert system which identifies suspicious orders before we go ahead to process them. Connecting Signifyd with our platform enables us to track transactions in real time as other part of our process. What I most appreciate is that, it directly integrates with our payment processors and gives us comprehensive reports to enable us to act efficiently. Signifyd is fantastic at identifying fraudulent activity but suffering from too many occurrences of “false positives”. At times, nevertheless, valid directives are erroneously marked, and additional steps are required, leading to delays. In this scenario, it can be annoying, especially when our sales are on the rise, and we must move promptly. My favourite is that Signifyd automates my e commerce platform. It goes so smoothly with it integrating with our payment gateway and order management system. An area of machine learning pointedly squeezing the accuracy of it in fraud protection spares us of precious user time and effort on manual reviews. While Signifyd works well, particularly at high order volume times, slowing it down will lead to delayed order processing. It is frustrating on both our team and our customers.
