What do you like best about ServiceNow Integration Hub?

Integration hub UI is very simple to use. There are various core activities inflows and actions where you can integrate with third-party software as per business needs. user creation automation is there. Through E-bonding you can configure integrate Bi-direction rest API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceNow Integration Hub?

The UI for this program is well laid out and does allow some customization for users depending on your business needs. I especially like being able to save my KB articles directly into the UI and not have to save them as external bookmarks in my browser.Also the intergrated chat funciton is a great addition to use for those who prefer to type out thier support over a phone call with a user. The dashboards can be compliated or simple depending on your needs, for us the dashbaords have allowed my techs to create a better work flow and environment that they find inviting to be able to see all thier work at a glance without needs to navigate multiple screens or tabs to find all the infoamtion they need. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Integration Hub?

Not having a dark mode available is my one dislike. Working from home and various hours, I would like to change the UI to show a Dark mode option. Dashboards cannot be exported correctly into Excel to create reports for my managers to digest the raw data into data more concisely and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing i like about is that in the flow designer part we can esily connected oyt automated piece of work with third party apps for end user query and other requests and for better customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike is that more and more integrations should be enabled and there should be an inbuilt system configuration for integrating with a click and thereby avoiding max configuration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
