What do you like best about SegmentStream?

What do you dislike about SegmentStream?

There is still some data related to specific campaign types (video), but I trust they will be available in the future. It would also be interesting to have the data available in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SegmentStream?

SegmentStream has allowed us to get a better understanding of the ROI on our digital channels. The onboarding process was straightforward and the team is very responsive when support is requried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SegmentStream?

Only a minor dislike and I have been advised that this is on SegmentStream's road map - comparing different dates. The way around it is to open two separate windows and choose dates to compare on each. The dashboard currently compares different intervals - for example, last 7 days will be compared to the previous seven days and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SegmentStream?

I like having the ability to see how our campaigns, channels, and ads are performing and how we can predict they'll continue to perform with additional investment or optimizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SegmentStream?

The dashboard can have some difficulties at times. For example, if you want to pick a specific timeframe or window it can be difficult. Otherwise, I'd like to see more upgrades to the UI eventually in terms of usability and accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Finally use attribution modeling as you should use it.

- Better insights on what channels have a true impact on your bottom line.
