SOAR functionality sometimes doesn't seem to be working and logging out of the console. Not a very mature support team. Setting changes on GUI could sometimes take a while or even days to reflect, leading to confusion while troubleshooting. Since this is a new-gen SIEM the tool is still upgraded to its best and changed many times based on customer needs. Since they support customization, the process is time-consuming and vague.
