Essentially, I see this as a self-serve demo where the prospect feels they are in control of the conversation. It's a phenomenal way to educate your visitors and prospects on how different features correlate to various benefits, all while collecting data on the user. This tool is great for both website conversions, success managers, and SDR teams.

What is a bit more difficult is developing the storylines for the user flow (not part of the solution but a task that has to get done, nevertheless). At the time of writing this review, the ScreenSpace platform is young, but continuously growing and evolving. I love their offering and ease of use, but what I love most about ScreenSpace is their partnership. We just recently launched ScreenSpace as part of our marketing efforts, so it's hard to say what we dislike. Thus far any troubleshooting issues to get us to launch were pretty minimal and quickly resolved. They're already working on enhancements that we'd like to see, so honestly, nothing negative to say right now! It's a great platform with lots of possibilities. We look forward to continuing to test it out to see how it impacts each stage of our customer buying journey as well as exploring use for ongoing engagement with existing customers. Most buyers do tons of research before reaching out to talk to a sales rep - or, they don't want to talk to a rep at all. This leaves PLG companies with a problem: How to educate modern buyers on their product, without being able to speak with them. Before ScreenSpace, there were two solutions. 1) Marketing. Lots of words and graphics that hardly get read. And it takes forever. 2) Demo products. These were essentially screenshot bots or linear product walkthroughs. Neither are customized for the buyer's needs/wants, and neither are particularly exciting to interact with. Storyboarding experiences with multiple storylines can take a bit of time to build. Fortunately the success team is very helpful and they offer a clever story mapping framework inside Miro.
