What do you like best about SAS Visual Analytics?

It contains excellent integration tools that help the work dynamic: ETL, web services, communication panels, etc.The analysis and reports are high quality and they optimize the work processes at a high level, it's worth the investment. What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?

The price is very high, which prevents companies that are starting up from being able to afford the service, however it contains a free trial. Perhaps the statistical analysis program could be more complete, a warehouse for the files and a statistical process control would be ideal to complete the program. SAS Visual Analytics is a powerful cloud-based business solution tool designed for different companies. What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?

Within my experience using SAS Visual Analytics I must say that it still has some deficient features that should be improved first mind its price is an extremely expensive software this makes it sometimes not an eligible option for many companies, you need to make an improvement to the visualization templates like transformations a critical point is the need that exists in the connectivity with other sources should add reports that are more inclined to the practical and not so much to the technical as we are talking about an application that has some degree of complexity. What do you like best about SAS Visual Analytics?

Ability to interact with other databases quickly - i.e. add data to the Laser server from Hadoop.

It can create great insights into the data very easily through the build in tools - lots for graph to choose from. Predictive analytic options are good.

It can be understood by colleagues who may not technically savvy - better to show someone something in SAS VA than just a table.

What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?

Reliance on the Laser server - means if you don't have much space have to remove things. We are competitors appear to allow you to feed in from non-SAS memory. The fact there is/was no undo button - this was a serious design flaw that meant if you hadn't saved your recent work, and wanted to undo something that was, you would have to go back to when you last saved. Aspects that you cannot customise, such as borders, sometimes weren't the preference of the customer but you wouldn't be able to change them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAS Econometrics?

SAS Model Manager has some challenges such as complications shaping data to meet specific requirements that are exclusive to the product.
