What do you like best about SAS Visual Analytics?

SAS Visual Analytics is a great way to get non-coders and less skilled programmers into a position where they can create analytical reports and run some predictive modeling tasks. Better than open source alternatives, and great if you're already part of the SAS ecosystem. If you're thinking about creating business intelligence dashboards and considering Tableau, you may want to take a look at SAS Visual Analytics since it does some more serious prective modeling and data transformation tasks with a point and click interface. What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?

Is tied to the SAS ecosystem, and requires a fairly large and complicated software stack. The license can be fairly expensive and SAS tries to upsell services and products quite often. It isn't as intuitive as one might hope. From the way to make custom fields, drag and drop options in the Dashboard and how the action diagram works, it could definitely use an overhaul by a user experience designer.

I didn't have many complaints regarding the course or how the information was delivered. The platform's buggy onboarding procedure was the only thing that annoyed me about it.
