What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?

We use API management, CPI, and the Customer Test Service. CPI provides us a lot of power to integrate SAP cloud systems with each other, and with our on prem systems via Cloud Connector. What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?

Automatic updates occur to the product, keeping it updated at all times. This is great 99.9% of the time, but the update may cause an issue .1% of the time. There is no preview tenant available, so we do not have a way to test updates prior to them going to production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?

Can't remember anything that I don't like about it although, being both an end-user and a trouble-shooter in resolving IDocs before, the only thing that's bothering us is the interface issues which are most likely due to the end-user errors themselves which could easily be communicated with the software engineers. What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?

What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?

There is not really anything that I dislike. As a user of this solution, you have to go into it with your eyes wide open. It is a complete solution that comes with out-of-the-box integrations and the flexibility to develop integrations with literally anything. That type of flexibility comes along with a certain amount of complexity. As you start out with this solution, you most likely have to engage consultants to get started. What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?

The drag and drop interface and constant updates from SAP for their pre packaged content are excellent features. The security features (like cloud connector to send data to on-prem system and encryption and encoding) are huge plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?

Nothing to dislike but a point to note is that it is a pay as you go model and it can come with its own set of advantages and disadvantages. The message logs are persisted for 7 days in most tenants and that can be a disadvantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
