What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

The ability to rely solely on natural language to write code is great. Especially, for staff that might not have coding experience. The trial length is also long enough to get a feel for the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

I dislike the price. I think that if there were more of an emphasis on training lessons before digging into creating the agent it would allow people to understand more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding duplicates in our data is very useful, pulling reports and creating on on demand dashboard for any person to use with the certain allowance is also useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

Relatively simple to use, implemention should be based requirements and product cost. Lots of clicking and new tabs open. UX could be a lot better which would improve the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

Lots of clicking to get select the right options. UX needs improvement. Everything opens in a new browser tabs clustering the browser. Lots of jumping back and forth between tabs to enable settings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation and artificial intelligence applications which improve productivity and efficiency. Anything which reduces the need for manual sets and increases throughput while reducing costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
