What do you like best about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

Safe DNS is such a simple and effective system for content filtering. Support from the service desk is quick if you need advanced help, this is worth paying for, compared to free DNS filtering systems which do not offer personal support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafeDNS web content filtering service?

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. It meets all of my requirements for the multiple locations that I am protecting with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first assessed this product I tried out using the free trial for a couple of weeks. After it satisfied all of my requirements I was able to upgrade to a paid version. It was simple and allowed me to get to know all of the features and benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SafeDNS web content filtering service solving and how is that benefiting you?

My client requires whitelist access to only a few websites, to reduce the amount of traffic on the network. Safe DNS provides monthly reports so I can see the vast numbers of DNS requests that are being blocked. It is quite astonishing to see many thousands of blocks happening every day. It has been a simple set and forget system, and if changes are requires on the whitelist these are easy to make, quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
