18 Robin AI Reviews
For improving contract precision, Robin AI has been a good tool. When it comes to multiple agreements, the AI driven review makes sure that important details aren’t missed. First and foremost, I like how it improves consistency on the contracts to minimize the discrepancy that can cause legal problems. In addition, it assists with complying with regulations, by locating possible problems at very early stages. It has smoothed out the contract negotiations by allowing the legal and business teams to work together much better in the manner of running the approval workflows. Frankly, what bothers me about Robin AI is that it often misunderstands the phrasing of legal theory. This is helpful for standard contracts though for more complex contracts you still need to manually review to your great mistake of missing anything critical. Additionally, while does occasionally flag non issues, it also misses some more subtle ones. That means we can’t trust it fully and we need an other layer of human oversight, which often adds unexpected delay in finalization of contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robin AI is able to support my legal work as Project In-house Legal Counsel for several companies in Singapore. Robin AI can review right down to the clause levels, legally onerous clauses and recommend changes to suit my needs. When I prompt on the development of legal checklist or how to design a legal risk management framework, Robin AI suggests good and workable ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There shouldnt be a minimum subscription of $100 for 5 users - as I am a sole user. Robin AI should allow monthly subscription on an individual basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use and get started with. It has saved me time and money in handling my contractual needs. When I've had to interact with the team at Robin AI, they've been nothing but helpful and pleasant to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has capabilities that I do not need as a person running a small consultancy, but could be useful for larger organizations or legal teams. In my case, those features are not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally use RobinAI in the firm frequently and always when the matter requires drafting and revision work. Its Word add-in is seamless and works like a an expert support when given detailed prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few ready made prompts in the add-in. There should be an option to insert suggested wording or clauses directly by one click, substituting the section in question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it doesnt save the work...i understand it is for privacy reasons, but I wish there was a way to save the sessions on the desktop without manually copying the answers to another word documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's free. Limited to certain number of messages per day I believe, but is more than enough for me. Does a good job drafting standard provisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not as intelligent as spellbook. Sometimes it just repeats its answers even though I asked follow up questions. Overall I feel like it refuses to make subjective judgments which is actually what I really need. Also last time I checked it was not able to read redlines (it was months ago so maybe the feature is here now) which is not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
