I love using the app to capture audio while I'm touring buildings for stories that I'm writing. It allows me to focus on what I'm seeing and hearing, without taking notes, knowing that all the audio is being captured for future use. I like to use the affordable AI transcriptions, which are getting better, but hoping they'll keep improving. Interestingly the live transcription that appears on the screen is often better than the AI transcription I can order later and I wish I could opt to use that version but it appears that Rev doesn't save it. I love how quickly Rev turns around accurate video scripts after I upload my recordings, even when the audio isn’t perfect or the speakers have strong accents.

The Zoom integration is a huge bonus; my recordings from virtual meetings are automatically pulled in and scripted without me lifting a finger. After trying several different scriptwriting tools and even hiring freelancers to help, I can confidently say that Rev delivers the best combination of speed and accuracy.
