What do you like best about Rev?

Rev offers excellent value for money, with transcription costs of $1 per minute. The transcripts were extremely accurate, despite fairly strong Irish accents, and they were returned within 12 hours. The process of uploading was extremely easy and an immediate indication of cost provided. This allows for a tight timeline and budget management on the project. The turnaround time is amazing- before Rev I'd have to wait about a week to get my transcripts back, and now I get it within hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Sometimes there's a lot of gaps in the transcripts- and I have to go back and relisten to that section myself to transcribe it. Also, I'm not sure I would use Rev for transcripts with overly complex language (like medical). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
