What do you like best about Rev?

The best part of using Rev is that is is so easy, I upload my recording and usually within 24 hours, most of the time less I receive my transcript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

I wish I could have transcripts faster, I understand it takes time but having it faster would be even more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great alternative to costly caption creation as long as you have the time to deal with moving delivery windows and chase anything that is stuck. But to be fair, what do you want for .99/minute?

The downside is that the audio isn't certified or you can't get an affidavit swearing to the accuracy and then use the transcript in court. But I still use it nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rev has a great platform that is easy-to-use, both for uploading and for accessing transcripts.

I like how quick you are able to get the transcripts, and I also like that their platform couples the text and audio transcript so you can see and hear at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Overall, I really like the platform, though there can be instances where some terms are transcribed incorrectly. This is understandable since most of those instances were medical terms. I do wish that the project glossary would be used more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
