"Mind blowing saves me so much time this is the bomb"

As part of my Masters there was a lot of listening material on USB with some great stuff that I wanted to keep for later moments. being able to send these to be transcribed made things so much easier to manage. Also I do coaching sessions and with my clients permission I record the session and then sent if off to be transcribed. I often need transcription of our focus groups, interviews, etc. I stumbled upon Rev when my regular transcription service was unavailable an I'm happy I did. The results were satisfactory and priced affordably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev?

Rev is definitely affordable and has a quick turnaround. If I have something that requires minimal accuracy and just the basic conversation, I can send it to what we have come to call "the robots" for a VERY cheap option. I generally select "the humans," but it's nice to know the automated robots are an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

The automated transcription (aka "robots) is not super reliable but you can generally get a feel for what is being said. It would be nice if it were a tad more accurate because it does involve some guess work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do a lot of customer interviews and testimonials at my company and post them in our online community. A lot of times, it's really difficult send over a long list of questions to the interviewee and expect them to fill out their answers so instead, we've opted to record a live interview. This is where Rev comes in. We use Rev to transcribe the entire interview and edit the text from there. That way, the interview seems way more genuine and the essence is captured.
