What do you like best about Rev?

I love that it integrates with zoom so that my team doesn't need to take an extra step and deal with downloads or even submitting an order - it's all done automatically and that saves times and money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Rev automated transcripts don't always do a great job when there are strong accents on the call, so that does require a lot of time to clean up transcripts so that the team can use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev?

Rev is great to be able to upload my files for television and know that the captioning will be correct, and I don't have to worry about misspelled words or lackluster grammar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Previously, Rev would move the captioning based on if there were on-screen graphics, but that does not seem to be the case now. I use on-screen graphics to help convey some things that are being spoken (i.e., a phone number or website), but now the closed-captioning covers up my information.
