Whether you need a quick auto transcript with a very fast turnaround, or a longer, accurate, timestamped multi-person conversation, the pricing is very competitive and the quality is always very good and also improving daily.

What do you dislike about Rev?

It would be useful to put speaker names on an auto transcript and also to be asked to input speaker names before you submit the order. I don't like how the timestamps are links on the downloaded document, and you have to manually remove them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rev was very simple to use and intuitive. I quickly identified the product I needed and placed my order in seconds. I had no issue uploading my content. The transcript was perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only challenge with the system was ensuring that I was signing up (and paying for) exactly what I wanted/needed. It would have helped to have some more explanation or even an example of what the final transcript would look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Does a great job of adding captions to our videos. We used to do this manually and it was a huge pain but now we link their service to our YouTube channel. The cost is very reasonable and this service has saved us a ton of time. The staff is also reasonably friendly to deal with when we have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rev often underestimated how long it will take for audio to be transcribed, which leaves me pleasantly surprised when it's ready. The transcription is much more accurate than other services I've used. I'm looking forward to the new features they're rolling out to make it more collaborative.
