"Rev does the subtitles and captions on our movies for us"

What do you like best about Rev?

I like working with Rev because they have a quick turn arouns time. Also, the editor function is really good. I usually have to use it to getthe captions just the wat I want it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Sometimes the transcriptions are not fully accurate, but they are usuallt 80-90% correct. I have to manually check but it's not a big deal at all. They do have a very good editor function built into the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev?

Our audience (and the world in general) needs to realize that being accessible should be paramount for anyone putting out video content. We have found even more folks who are hearing challenged prefer to have captions to watch video content. One of the benefits of the pandemic was realizing how much of our audiences need captions. The turn around time! On my messages was great. Again the turn around time help keep up with deadline! Next day delivery was very helpful. I have one other service, I believe your is superior Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Random specific issue for me - My company's finance department controls the "admin" account for us, which means I am not able to see what our remaining balance is for our prepaid service. Not the biggest issue in the world but it's stressful to not know if/when we'll be running low Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev?

I like how clearly you see, where in the process your caption file is. There are regular updates to tell if a captioner has been assigned, if the captioning is in progress, or it has been completed. This is especially helpful when you are submitting a number of files for processing at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

The costs of getting captioning done do tend to add up, especially for longer videos. However, for for the service we are getting, I feel like the rates are definitely reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev?

I usually get my transcriptions back in a super timely manner. Sometimes I am blow away by the speed that I receive a transcription back. How can people type that fast? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rev?

Sometimes an order just gets like stuck. Like it will be a 20 min audio and I won't get the order back for 6 hours and then Ill have to ask support what's up to even get it back that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
