The fact that I can customize registration for each event site without having to wait on someone to do it for me is huge for us. I like being able to add a detail to the reg on the spot if a need arrises. The price is great but the independance that it gives you is awesome! If you are not tech wise no problem, the support system is at your finger tips! It's a system easy to use with our complex registration needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our conference registration is very complex. The reports we generate are not as consolidated as we need.
Unable to modify the Waiver in the legal order I need it. I have asked to see if we can fix this but got told is not a priority for Regfox.

Integrating merchandise purchases into the system is always complicated. I've created dozens of events in regfox, but everytime I need to add merchandise orders like shirts, I find it very complicated.
I also am not happy about the fees. Even though we are passing fees to our clients, it's still expensive and very visible to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
