Qticket is a UX-driven customer flow management system that includes 2 solutions - virtual queue management & online appointment booking - that may be used either jointly or separately, depending on business need.
Qticket products are implemented on existing technical base, thus automating, enhancing and modernizing users' current queue management and/ or booking systems, providing their customers an opportunity to queue and/or book appointments remotely via any smart device, without any additional investment or hardware requirements.
The system is built on Microsoft Azure, provides data encryption and secure data channels.
