I like how user-friendly and intuitive it is. As someone who knows little about stats processes, QI really comes in handy. They have also created an amazing ecosystem around their products (training, integration with excel, etc.). As the the title of this review suggests, the major drawback is a whopping $400+ price tag. Now in the light of generative AI and free addins, I am not sure if this is worth your buck. Another con of this add-in is the rigidity in the layout of the data software expects. If your data setup and formatting don't match their expected layout it can cause some unexpected results.
