What do you like best about QA Touch?

The modularity of QA Touch allowed us to create a system that works around our workflows. No system can ever be 100% perfect, but the team at DCKAP have been fantastic, both in the care they take with feature requests and in the time they take to help with questions. What do you dislike about QA Touch?

Nothing in particular. The customer service we receive almost always fills in the gaps between our process and how QaTouch works.
