I have looked into many training solutions for my multiple small business, sometime i need to meet some client but there ProProfs Training Maker. ProProfs offers easy to use data, reports and analytics, making valuable assessments regarding a user’s effectiveness during training. Also, customizing tests, tracking learner’s progression, integration with other tools enhances its usability, and makes course creation and management effortless. The problem i faces that the instructions or options given to particularize branding and course template are too rigid. Moreover, some advanced automation tools need to be configured, which can take too much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Booking producer, i use it for manage schedule besides meeting almost all of our training requirements, the tool is easy to use. I find it user friendly and I can edit it to meet our needs. ProProfs offers a clean modern UI that makes course creation intuitive. It supports videos, quizzes and PDFs without complications. The course cloning and scheduling features are lifesavers for managing multiple teams. It’s built for both beginners and power users which is a rare combination. Helps us design training programs that scale very well hence the reason I love being able to create one course that can be deployed to thousands of employees and clients across the globe. Another downside is the initial learning curve. The platform is quite challenging and requires a substantial amount of time to learn how to use it.
