ProjectManager Pros and Cons

I like that it has different ways of visualizing projects. The different views help me in different moments of the project, wether I like to see the gantt or just the list of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the way my personal tasks are visualized I find it a little confusing and I dislike also the fact that I can't edit the progress on the personal tasks' view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling in the desktop version is a great feature. The dashboard, in theory, has great features as well, but needs a little improvement. Its not perfect, but for the price is better than others and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard needs a little improvement by calculating time ahead/behind schedule based off the baseline dates, and not planned dates as those are moving as the projects progress. The mobile app needs a lot of improvement and is fairly limited to the point we have deemed it useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visualising milestones clearly for everyone involved from coordinators to stakeholders. The ability to make micro-adjustments on the fly for projects, sending and receiving notifications and generally improving my flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would prefer some more customisations, e.g. custom profiles for my team with custom dashboards and styles so we can get to exactly what we need and feel like we own the platform we are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LOVE the multiple view options (list, board, gantt, sheet, dashboard, etc), love how easy it is to use and i know everything is updated live between me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not many complaints but could expand options for organization/grouping, integration of AI for ease of filling out sections, etc but nothing I would drastically change from what is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only does it offer an amazing way to visualise projects, but also helps us in scheduling tasks efficiently.

It enables me to make micro adjustments and offers different tupes of views also like list view, dashboards, charts etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As such there is nothing major to dislike about ProjectManager but following things can be improved:

It is sometimes hard to understand the steps needed to accomplish what needs to be done. I also wish it had some Excel-like tendencies and I could add columns to add and subtract different columns together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
