What do you like best about PHP CRM?
What impresses me most in PHP CRM is the flexibility and the extent of customization it allows. The fact that we can modify this software according to our peculiar business needs is a great help. The interface is so friendly that any new and old user can navigate easily through it. Also, it is a great facility that extends our capability for workflow improvement because on top of the ones we have, easily we can add modules to help in increasing efficiency. Moreover, it comes with community support and documentation, which is splendid and has helped us to face problems faster. What do you dislike about PHP CRM?
One thing I really do not like about PHP CRM is the setup for some of its advanced features, which can be truly complex, especially to users who may not be technical. Second, the generally very user-friendly interface has areas where a more modern design could be achieved, and better responsiveness. And last but not least, there can be more performance issues with larger datasets eventually slowing operations down. Generally, this is a powerful tool, but these are areas that need more work.
